LIMOUX, FRANCE — Bisous Limoux is introducing readers to a corner of southern France through the stories of its winegrowers, food producers, cafés, markets and local traditions.

The English and French magazine focuses on Limoux, the Haute Vallée de l’Aude and the surrounding Aude, within the wider Languedoc-Roussillon area of today’s Occitanie. It is edited by William Hopkins and forms part of The Limoux Collection.

The editorial approach brings together the subjects that give a place its character: the people who live and work there, the food they make, the wines they grow and the landscape around them. Limoux’s Blanquette and Crémant provide one introduction to the area, alongside its carnival, town life and the countryside of the upper Aude valley.
